Last updated: 13 May 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the web application operated by Prebo Digital UK ("we", "us") at https://preboukstraider-production.up.railway.app. The Site includes public marketing pages, dynamic article routes backed by our database, XML sitemaps, contact surfaces, and (for authorised users) an administrative console under /admin used to manage StraiderAdvance-style content workflows.

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under UK or EEA consumer or data-protection law.

1. Definitions

  • "Content" means text, HTML, images, metadata, JSON-LD, and other materials rendered or downloadable from the Site.
  • "Admin Area" means authenticated routes under /admin and related APIs.
  • "User" means any visitor or authenticated account holder.
  • "Services" means the Site, Content, and internal tools exposed through the application.

2. The Services

We provide an online publishing and marketing-operations platform for Prebo Digital UK. Public pages may include AI-assisted or AI-generated drafts that are edited, scored, and published through internal processes. Features may change (including experimental modules for keyword research, image generation, Search Console reporting, cleanup jobs, and cron automation). We may add, modify, or remove functionality without prior notice unless we have agreed otherwise in a separate written contract.

3. Eligibility & accounts

The public Site is intended for adults acting in a business capacity. Access to the Admin Area is invitation-only and protected by NextAuth.js email magic links. We may restrict sign-in to specific email domains and administrator addresses configured for your deployment. You must safeguard magic links and sessions, notify us of compromise, and ensure every action under your account is authorised.

4. Licence to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and browse public portions of the Site for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, or resell substantial portions of the Content except as allowed by mandatory law or with our written consent. Temporary copies made by your browser cache are permitted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Admin Area, APIs, databases, or other users' data.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, circumvent authentication, or overload infrastructure (including denial-of-service style requests or abusive crawling).
  • Upload malware, interfere with cookies or consent mechanisms, or misuse measurement endpoints.
  • Use the Site to transmit unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing material.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Prebo Digital UK or forge headers / metadata to disguise the origin of traffic.

We may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with law enforcement. We may suspend or terminate access (including admin access) without notice where we reasonably believe these rules are breached.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all rights in the Site, branding, software, databases, and Content (except where third-party licensors are identified). Except for the limited licence in section 4, no rights are granted. Any feedback you voluntarily provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
